The First Question Ask To Christians

Have we Christians ever wonder what is the first question being ask from us as Christians? This first question will determine whether we are able to fight against the temptation or fall into it. Even in our daily life, this form of question will kept been asked to ask.
The first question ask in the bible is when the serpent ask the Eve "Did God really tell you not to eat fruit from any tree in the garden?" Satan will ask us daily what did God tell you? It can be many kind of question, but the form of the question will still be what did God tell you. In this case of Eve, she answered it wrongly. She answered "We may eat the fruit from any tree in the garden except the tree in the middle of it. God told us not to eat the fruit of the tree or even touch it; if we do, we will die." Because Eve answered it wrongly, Satan easily deceived her to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge.
When Satan put Jesus unto temptation, Satan use the word from the word from the scripture. As in Matthew chapter 4 verse 5 until 6, Then the Devil took Jesus to Jerusalem, the Holy City, set him on the highest point of the temple, and said to him, "If you are God's Son, throw yourself down, for the scripture says, 'God will give orders to his angels about you, they will hold you up with their hands so that not even your feet will be hurt on the stones.'' But Jesus know that the Satan tempted him and as in verse 7, Jesus answered, "but the scripture also says,'Do not put the Lord your God to the test.'" We see how Satan use the scripture to tempted Jesus. If only Jesus jup from the temple to prove that the scripture are right and God will protect him, Jesus will surely fail the temptation. But Jesus use the scripture to counter Satan back.
We see how Satan using the word of God to tempted Eve and Jesus. Satan will also use the word of God to put us into temptation. How we can win against the temptation? First of all, we need to really know what did God tell us. Like Eve, she didn't really know what did God tell her. God only preven them to eat the fruit from the tree of knowledge but they are allowed to touch it. But Eve said God prevent them even to touch the fruit and that's where Eve fall to temptaion when Satan deceived her to touch the fruit and when she touch it she didn't die. Jesus is different anyway. He counter back using what is written in the scripture and never tempted to try what Satan ask him to do. Unlike Eve, she tempted to try when Satan ask her to touch the fruit.
The Bible can be very contradict if we didn't understand it. Satan will use every single word inside the Bible to test us. We as a Christian need to be very careful what we said about the Bible and make sure we increase our knowledge and understanding of the Bible. A simple misunderstanding will trap us and make us fail to Satan temptation.
